Last Saturday in October: Please join Rutherford EMC for the Annual Meeting.  Entertainment will begin at 10:00 a.m. and the meeting starts at 11:00 a.m.  Refreshments will be served and prizes awarded.  Please look for more information and bring your ticket from the front of your October Carolina Country magazine with you.  Hope to see you there!

E-Billing

What is E-Bill?
It’s paperless – fewer bills in your mailbox result in less clutter. 
It’s GREEN – paperless billing is better for the environment.
It’s convenient – review your account at any time. You’ll receive a monthly e-mail notification when your bill is ready for viewing.
It’s secure – a unique user ID and password mean your account information is secure.
It’s free!

To log on to your account just enter your login and password.  If you have not setup an Internet password for your account number, contact any office to obtain one.  This will enable you to View your Usage, View your Bill, Make changes to your Account, set up Auto-Pay, sign up for E-Bill, and Pay online.
 
To view your Daily Usage History, just click on My Usage Tab, Usage History.  Once you see the screen, you can customize it by entering the Date Range at the top of the screen to show the time period you desire.  Then, you may customize your graph by clicking on the "Show Weather Data" dropdown box and chosing what items you wish to see on your graph. 
 
If you have any problem, please contact one of our Office Service Representatives for help by calling any office Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Rutherford EMC has implemented an automatic telephone system that will allow members to obtain information on their account, report an outage, or pay their bill from any touchtone phone.  This service is available 24/7 by dialing any Rutherford EMC office.
 
As always, REMC accepts payments at any REMC office, by telephone, by USPS, Online, After-Hour Depositories, Bank Draft, and Auto Pay, using Cash, Checks, E-Checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover cards.
